How We Work Together

Advisory services designed to break through growth ceilings

Real Decisions Deserve Focus

Every engagement begins with a Strategic Intake and Review.

I use that context to determine whether a focused review is warranted and, if so, which one will be most useful. That next step is either an Executive Decision Review™ or a Constraint Snapshot™.

Only after that work do we decide whether deeper diagnostic or advisory engagement makes sense.

This is not a sales process. It is a decision process.

How Our Complete Process Works

1

Baseline Clarity

You complete a structured intake designed to establish context, surface real signals, and remove guesswork before any strategic conversation happens.

This gives me enough clarity to determine whether a paid diagnostic is warranted and which one actually makes sense.

2

Structural Diagnosis

If a diagnostic is appropriate, we begin with a paid Strategic Review focused on identifying the real constraint in your operating environment.

This is where symptoms are separated from root causes and decisions are made, not deferred. Only after this step do we determine the correct path forward.

3

Architecture & Alignment

When structural change is required, we design or refine the systems that support scale, including decision architecture, product direction, leadership alignment, and operating rhythms.

The work is intentional, scoped, and grounded in the diagnostic. No generic frameworks. No unnecessary build-out.

4

Optional Advisory Partnership

If continued support makes sense, we formalize an advisory partnership to keep product and leadership decisions clean as complexity increases.

If it does not, you still leave with clarity, direction, and no obligation to proceed. Advisory is an option, not a default.

Step 1 Details: Strategic Intake

Every engagement begins with a Strategic Intake designed to establish context and determine the appropriate next step.

You complete a structured intake that captures how your company is currently operating across product, GTM, leadership, and decision-making. I review this to understand your situation, identify where signals are clear or conflicting, and assess whether further work would be useful.

Based on that review, I follow up with a meeting invitation for either an Executive Decision Review™ or a Constraint Snapshot™, depending on what will be most relevant. That meeting is where we move from context-setting into real decision work.

The intake itself is not a diagnostic and does not produce recommendations. Its purpose is to ensure that any next step is deliberate, targeted, and grounded in your actual operating reality.

Step 2 Details: Paid Strategic Review

Every engagement begins with one of the following paid reviews:

Executive Decision Review™

Designed for founders and executives who need clarity on a high-stakes decision.

  • Framing the real decision

  • Identifying blind spots and tradeoffs

  • Pressure-testing assumptions

  • Clarifying whether action is warranted at all

This is a fast, focused session intended to reduce uncertainty and sharpen judgement.

Constraint Snapshot™

Designed for teams experiencing stalled growth, friction, or misalignment.

  • Separating symptoms from root causes

  • Identifying the primary constraint limiting progress

  • Clarifying what not to work on

  • Determining whether deeper diagnostic or architectural work is justified

This is a deeper exploratory session that surfaces the structure of the problem.

Why We Start with a Paid Strategic Review

These reviews are paid, by design.

They ensure focus, seriousness, and signal that real decisions are being made.

In many cases, this is all that's needed.

Step 3 Details: The Strategic Growth Diagnostic™

If, after a Strategic Review, we determine that deeper work is warranted,

we may recommend a Strategic Growth Diagnostic™ as a subsequent step.

Strategic Growth Diagnostic™

This is a structured, multi-session diagnostic engagement designed to:

  • Map the operating environment

  • Identify systemic constrains and leverage points

  • Evaluate strategic options and tradeoffs

  • Determine what kind of advisory or architectural work (if any) should follow

The Strategic Growth Diagnostic™ is not a sales call and not an entry point. It is a commitment to serious strategic analysis once fit and scope are clear.

Optional Pre-Work: Scaling Readiness Assessment™

If you want baseline clarity before committing to the Strategic Growth Diagnostic™, you can complete the Scaling Readiness Assessment™.

This is a free, self-guided tool that highlights where your operating environment may be breaking down.

It is not an engagement and does not replace the Strategic Growth Diagnostic™.

Its sole purpose is to prepare you for a deeper, faster diagnosis if we proceed.

What the Strategic Growth Diagnostic™ Covers

Over a focused diagnostic engagement, I synthesize assessment inputs with executive interviews to uncover the structural realities behind your current challenges.

This is where I do the real work:

  • Synthesize assessment inputs with executive interviews

  • Identify the primary constraint (not surface symptoms)

  • Define the architectural shifts required to scale responsibly

  • Determine whether and advisory partnership is warranted

I Work With You

Throughout the process, I stay firmly in the advisory role. I do not step in as a fractional operator or take over execution.

My role is to help you and your leadership team design and protect a system that actually scales, then step back once clarity is restored.

If we determine that further advisory work is not required, you still leave with sharper judgment, clearer direction, and a concrete understanding of what to fix and why.

No pressure. No funnel games.

Ready to break through the ceiling?

In many cases, the initial strategic review is enough to restore clarity and unblock progress. When it is, you leave with a grounded understanding of what matters next and why.

If it makes sense to move forward, we do so deliberately, with shared conviction and clear intent.

If it doesn’t, you still walk away better equipped to lead, with sharper judgment and a concrete understanding of what to fix and why.

Let’s have a real conversation and determine the right next step.
